A truly unique ever changing setting, first row to watch the tide come in or out, and to keep the million-dollar unobstructed view, please watch out for your dog and kids.brWe are right on the water, in the Annapolis Basin, there is no real beach to stroll in, and the currents are quite strong, so we don't recommend swimming. brWe are 2 minutes away from Annapolis Royal in the Village of Granville Ferry, so we are surrounded by our friendly neighbours & you will see us on our deck enjoying a cold one with friends or just hanging out, the backyard of the cottage is private enough that you will feel on your own.brOur cottage is a charming place with the quirks of all old houses, and that in itself makes it unique but not the Ritz.brbrGuest Access:brPropane BBQ. beautiful views.brSmart TV & Cable and plenty of kids DVD's and DVD player, brKitchen is stocked with basics: Mayo, mustard, ketchup, salad dressing, oil, vinegar, spices, complimentary coffee and tea. Make sure the fire is put out before you turn in.brNo parties. Nova Scotia in the summer equals bugs, so use repellent & sunscreen.brBy no means is this a secluded cottage, our house, where we live, is on the same property, we like to spend time on the deck and entertain.brOur pricing includes 3% Marketing Levy imposed by Annapolis County.brbrInteraction with Guests:brWe will greet you when you come, and be available for any needs or inquires you might have.
