Welcome to the Happy Hideaway Bachelor Suite! We are centrally located in a safe, quiet subdivision in Bridgewater NS. This is a private, self contained basement unit in our home with only the yard and basement laundry room/entry being shared with us. The unit has a locked door off the laundry room so it's all your private space. You have your own driveway for parking..the upper one with the fence shown in the pics. It's close to shopping, restaurants, the South Shore Regional Hospital is 5 minutes away and 15 minutes away is picturesque Lunenburg... home of the world famous Bluenose 2 and a UNESCO site. Beautiful Mahone Bay is also 15 minutes away and both Halifax and the Annapolis Valley are 1.5 hrs away. The unit has a heat pump for heating and cooling and blackout curtains for sleeping. It's a perfect home away from home for a single person, rather you're here for work or pleasure! The unit is fully equipped so you only need your personal stuff and food, etc. There is a smart TV, wifi and Lan connection point, desk and office chair, etc. There is a large super comfy leather rocker recliner, tub chair, and a table and chairs for dining. There is a queen bed, dresser, night stand and two closets for storage plus room under the bed for suit cases, etc. There is a shared back deck (we don't use it lol) with chairs plus an outside clothes line if you want use it. We are located within walking distance to the Woodland Gardens walking trail that goes around the duck pond, the DesBrisay Museum and the outdoor pool.
