The property has 4 security cameras - front door, patio, backyard and parking. All devices are Ring products and we receive app notifications for any motion detection.brbr▪️We offer options for early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability and fees.brbr▪️ The pool is deep, approximately 12 feet at its deepest point. Please ensure all non-swimmers and children use appropriate flotation devices and are supervised at all times.brbr▪️ Lost key not placed back in lockbox at check-out will incur a $50 fee.brbr▪️ Unregistered guests are not allowed. We will charge an additional $50 per person per night.br ▪️ Pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per stay per pet. Pets must be registered with the host prior to arrival. Owners are responsible for any extra cleaning or damages.br ▪️ No smoking, vaping, or use of electronic cigarettes within the property’s interior; these are only allowed outside.
