PLEASE NOTE: The Management does NOT allow any animals in at all. Please do not bring your animals to the building. Any animal brought to the unit will be charged a $2000 cleaning fee. A police report should be obtained in the event of theft or other crimes and provided to Management upon request within 5 business days of the incident and contain the facts surrounding the incident and contact information for witnesses and anyone else involved in the accident/incident. If a bodily injury occurs, management must be notified in writing within 48 hours of the incident, along with any and ALL details and people involved. br2.9.
