PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT brThis document constitutes the entire Agreement (“Agreement”) between the Short Term Guest (“STG”), the individual agreeing to be bound by the terms of this document and to use and short-term rental of a property (“the property”) accordingly, and the owner & management. (“Management”). Stay Together Suites LLC (“STS”) shall be considered a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, wherever STS, Management, or Owner is referred to below such definition shall include all of STS’s members, managers, employees, investors, and any and all Owners of the property. br2. GENERAL RULES; RESTRICTION FOR PROPERTY USE AND RENTAL 2.1 NUMBER OF GUESTS: STG agrees to provide accurate information about the number of guests staying in the property and understand that if he/she doesn’t, a charge of $200/pp/nt fee for the entire reservation will be charged and they may be asked to leave without a refund br2.2 NO EVENTS/PARTY: STG agrees to hold no events or parties on this property. No Drinking games (ie: beer pong, flip cup, etc.). PLEASE NOTE: Bachelor and Bachelorette groups are WELCOME, but you may not have a party on the property. There should be no visiting guests without the owner’s approval. br2.3 NON-SMOKING POLICY: Management has a strict no-smoking policy. STG understands he/she may be charged a $500/fee/per day for the entire reservation for any evidence found of smoking on the property including but not limited to cigarettes, Marijuana, and vaping. br2.4 NO PET POLICY: STG understands that the building has a no pet policy. PLEASE NOTE: The Management does NOT allow any animals in at all. Please do not bring your animals to the building. Any animal brought to the unit will be charged a $2000 cleaning fee. In the case of a service animal, we have a $1000 non-refundable fee to be paid. br2.5 CANCELLATION POLICY: STG certifies and agrees to this cancellation policy ● Cancellation before 90 days is a full refund less 3% credit card fee. br● Cancellation BETWEEN 60 AND 90 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL is a 50% brrefund br● Cancellation in less than 60 days before arrival is a 10% refund. br● If an STG does not show up, no refundbr2.6 AGE RESTRICTION: brSTG is and must be 18 years of age or older.
