These cameras play a vital role in ensuring the security of our premises and protecting both you and our property. If at the end of the stay there are missing towels or sheets guest will be charged accordingly. Each missing towel is $10 and each missing sheet is $35.br7. Sheets and/or towels that are stained due to your stay will also be charged. We understand there is normal wear and tear, but guest should do their utmost to keep towels and sheets the way they found them. Each stained towel will be a $10 charge. Check-in and Check-out times are MANDATORY unless scheduled and confirmed at a minimum of 24 hours in advance and if we are able to accommodate without double booking. $50.00/hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 10am or by the agreed upon check-out time. Garbage, recycling, and organic wastes is to be disposed of properly and up to city regulation. $50.00 surcharge charged to guest who fail to follow proper waste protocol. My cleaners will have to dedicate time to re-sort the garbage correctly.br17. No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture. (unless otherwise specified)br18. No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.brbr19. Additional Cleaning Services: Please be aware that the cleaning fee included in your reservation only covers the cleaning of your room after your departure. If you require additional cleaning services during your stay, kindly contact the hotel reception. They will be happy to arrange this for you at an additional charge. Refundable Deposit: Upon your arrival, our hotel reception will request your credit card information to secure a refundable deposit of $300.
