brbrIf the €40 Utility Contribution has been charged, any additional utility costs will be handled in one of the following ways:
brbr • Paid locally to the Owner or Property Manager. Please check with them directly, as the calculation method varies by property.
brbr • Pay As You Go electricity meter. The €40 will be credited to the meter on the first day of your stay, and you will need to top up the meter as required during your stay.

brbrPlease note that gas or oil charges, where applicable, are always payable locally based on usage and are not included in the amount paid at the time of booking.

brbrb2. Security Deposit:/b
brbrA minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.

brbrb5. Dog-Friendly Lodge Stay - Guest Rules & Guidelines:/b
brbrGeneral Rules:
brbr- A maximum of 2 dogs per lodge is allowed.
brbr- A non-refundable charge of €40 per dog, per day applies.
brbr- Only dogs under 35kg are permitted, unless otherwise approved in advance.
brbr- Dogs must be house-trained, well behaved, and not prone to excessive barking.
brbr- Dogs are not permitted inside the main hotel building, spa, or leisure areas.
brbrCleanliness & Respect for Property:
brbr- Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, both indoors and outdoors.
brbr- Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture - please bring your own dog bed or crate.
brbr- Any damage or excessive cleaning required will incur additional cleaning fees from €75.
brbrOn the Grounds:
brbr- Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when outside the lodge.
brbr- Please use clearly marked dog walking areas and dispose of waste in the provided bins.
brbr- Be considerate of other guests, especially children and those who may be uncomfortable around dogs.
brbrWe reserve the right to:
brbr- Refuse accommodation or ask dogs to leave if they are aggressive or disruptive.
brbr- Charge a damage fee starting at €150 for any significant damage caused by pets.
