Welcome to this great house with shared pool and near the beach in Cala D’Or. It has capacity for 6 guests. brAfter a day full of activities or a day at the beach, there is nothing like a refreshing dip in the shared swimming pool, which can be used by the guests of the house. It is a chlorine pool measuring 7 x 7 metres and has a depth of 1.4 metres. There is also a children's swimming area measuring 3.5 x 3.5 metres with a depth of 0.40 metres. The house has a private garden area, where our guests can also sunbathe on one of the sun loungers next to the house, read a book under the parasol or prepare a delicious barbecue to enjoy on the beautifully furnished porch. The garden is fenced and there are other houses in this quiet residential area. brbrThe house has 130 m2 distributed in two floors. Entering on the ground floor we find a large room shared by living room, dining room and kitchen. It is equipped with sofas where you can sit and watch satellite TV (German channels) while cooling off with the air conditioning. The dining area has a table that can comfortably seat 9 people. A small bar separates this space from the kitchen, which is fully equipped for cooking during your holidays: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher,... In the house you will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. To rest the house has 5 bedrooms. The first one is on the ground floor and has a double bed. A bathroom with bathtub completes the floor. Upstairs we find the rest of the bedrooms. The first one with two single beds, another one with a bunk bed, a third one with two single beds and the last one with a double bed. All bedrooms on both floors are equipped with wardrobes and air conditioning, and some have access to the terrace or balcony. A bathroom with bathtub serves this floor.
