Poreč also has the Cove Baredine, a natural cove with endemic amphibian species. From Poreč you can take excursions to Rovinj which has been a cultural monument since 1963, or to the Limski Channel- a natural marriage of extreme species. On a boat trip you can visit the Brijuni Islands National Park.
