It consists of an old farmhouse that sits under the shade of a huge Ladonja tree on one side, and a huge modern living area and kitchen on the other.brbrOutside boasts a custom-built grill area and private pool set amid a beautifully designed, large garden with lawn perfect for children to play in.brbrUpstairs there is a vast master bedroom with private terrace, large shower room and separate mezzanine TV area as well as an ante-room that can be used as an over-spill sleeping area.brbrDownstairs there is a double and twin bedroom sharing a large shower room that are set off the large open plan kitchen and living space, as well as indoor and outdoor dining areas that could comfortably accommodate a large dinner party.brbrThe property has Wi-Fi and air-conditioning in the living area and master bedroom.
