To call this huge 74,000 m² property simply a garden would be one of the top ten understatements of all time. With a property this big, you don't have to worry about prying eyes. Not to put too fine a point on it: If you rent this villa, you will rightly feel like a large landowner. The only difference is that you won't be responsible for maintaining the place, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the benefits of this pool and terrace landscape. As it should be, the pool shimmers in an enigmatic and refreshing turquoise colour under the sun. But chances are, the panoramic views of the Tramuntana mountains will make this one of the best swimming experiences of your life. Ultimately, you are the master of the property here and can decide when the first cocktail of the day is served. And when it's time to give in to hunger and fire up the barbecue. The house is about 50 square metres and is only for adults, with capacity for 2 people, it has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room with a sofa bed. It also has a large pool and barbecue for guests only. brbr brbrIt is worth noting that the owners live in the adjacent house just a few metres from the property. brbr brbrOn the property there are 2 dogs that belong to the owners, although they pose no danger to guests.
