It is very well connected to the coves of the east of Mallorca and the natural park of Mondragó. It has a privileged location, since it is an idyllic and quiet area. It is located in a valley with great views of the Sanctuary of Sant Salvador and the castle of Santueri. Its location invites you to make excursions on foot or by bicycle. We also find leisure areas close to the house, such as Menut where you can ride horses or Vall D'Or golf. The house is on a plot with many typical Mallorca trees such as almond and carob trees, as well as fruit trees. Near the area we can find typical architectural elements of Mallorca related to the use of water to be located near a torrent, ferris wheels, wells, ponds, fountains ...
