This charming garden house converted bungalow boasts shorter ceilings, creating an intimate atmosphere that welcomes you in. The home requires a short staircase to go to the main level. Our bungalow also has an open layout with the living room and kitchen area connected. Next to a private bedroom and bathroom with shower and tub.brbrFree access to our washer and dryer is is available down a short staircase to the basement.brbrFree parking is available in the long driveway and along the street out front of the home.brbrFeel free to reach out to myself or my co-hosts if you need anything at any time. We are here to make sure you have the pleasant stay.brbrTrash Day is Wednesday. Please bring the cans to the street for trash pickup. Recycling is picked up every two weeks. This is NOT a charge, but a temporary hold placed on your card two days before checkout to ensure coverage in the unlikely event of damages. The hold is automatically released within 5 days after your checkout date, pending no reported damages. You will be contacted if any damage claims arise.brbr**For reservations booked on or after April 15, 2026, a flat damage protection fee of $35–$75 will apply. This fee covers incidental damages for stays under 30 days, allowing you to enjoy your visit with peace of mind and no additional out-of-pocket costs for accidental damage. After booking, you’ll receive a unique guest portal link with your damage waiver agreement, including full details for your review and signature.brAll rules of this agreement are not suggestions, they are mandatory for any guest staying on the property, and failure to adhere to them can lead to fines and/or eviction from the property without refund depending on the severity of the infringement. There will only be one warning before immediate eviction from the property.brbrQUESTION OR CONCERNSbrShould you have any questions during your stay please contact myself and my property management team directly through the app so that it will be linked to your booking and details for our records. We can’t fix what we don’t know about.brbrHOUSE OPERATIONbrThis is a lodging-only property. NO PARTIES are allowed in the house at anytime. All events must be Owner approved prior to arrival. If not notified, you will be held responsible for damages, additional cleaning, and you are at risk of immediate eviction of the residence anytime.brbrThe TVs are Smart TVs. You can use and log into any app you`d like on the TV, just be sure to log out before you leave. We provide live cable using the Youtube TV app (not the YouTube app) on the living room TV. The bedroom TV offer free Roku live cable.brbrWe offer biweekly mowing service and snow removal when snowfall is greater than 2 inches. Please be mindful to keep the yard clear of trash and pet waste so our team can be most efficient.brbrThis is a NO-SMOKING property. Please fully leave the grounds if you need to smoke. You may not smoke anything of any kind anywhere on the premises, inside or outside. You will be charged a minimum $350 fee if you smoke at the property.brbrPlease respect the quiet hours of the neighborhood between 10pm to 8am. Our neighbors help make our place safe and homey, please return the favor.brbrThe bath products are there for you to use, but please do not take them with you. If you love them, they can be purchased online on Amazon.brbrWe understand that every guest has a different comfort level when it comes to sleeping temperatures, and we allow you to adjust the temperature when you desire. However, we ask that you do not set the temperature below 68 degrees when cooling and move them back up to 72 during the day. This is to ensure our HVAC system runs smoothly and does nothing freeze over. If the system freezes due to the temperature being set too low for extended periods of time, it will become the guest’s responsibility to pay the repair fee which is around $400 per repair.brbrTRASHbrTrash pickup is every week on Wednesday. Recycling is picked up every other week on Wednesday. Please bring the cans to the edge of the road for pickup. Do not leave excess trash on the street as the city trucks will not pick up overflowing trash or any trash that has been put in recycling bins. Please reach out to us if you need assistance.brbrPET RULESbrAll pets must be approved before arrival and added to your reservation. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed at the property without prior Owner approval. If pets are not disclosed before arrival, your reservation is at risk of fines and immediate eviction. brbrPets are not allowed on interior or exterior furniture at anytime. Any damage or excess cleaning due to your pet will result in a fee. You are responsible for picking up after your pets in the yard and neighborhood. We provide doggie bags for your convenience. If excessive waste is left in the yard, you will be charged a fine. When walking pets in the neighborhood, we require you keep them on a leash at ALL times. brbrEARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUTSbrPlease observe the designated check-in and check-out times. We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late checkouts due to cleanings and scheduling, unless approved by the owner at least 24 hours prior to your arrival or departure date. A fee will be incurred if the Airbnb is not vacated by check-out time.brbrCHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS brWe would appreciate if you please help pick up the home after your stay. No checkout instructions are required as it is your vacation after all and we want you to enjoy your time and relax with us. If you do so kindly wish to help at check the following items would be very much appreciated: brbr--Scrap food scraps in trash and start cycle of any dirty dishes in the dishwasherbr--Bag and place all trash in outside trash binsbr--Place all used sheets, pillowcases, comforters, and blankets at the end of each bed and all wet towels in the bathroom tub for us to send to professional laundry service (please do not remove the mattress protectors or zipper pillow protectors)br--Please turn off all lights and lock exterior doors upon exit brbrTHANK YOUbrPlease get in touch with us via the app or by phone or text with any issues during your stay.
