It has private security 24 hours every day, which means it is completely safe. brIt is close to various shopping centres, restaurant areas, theatre, cinemas, etc in the most exclusive sector of the city. brIt is 1 minute away from two big shopping malls, 5 minutes driving from Universidad Espiritu Santo, 5 to 10 minutes away from great restaurants, the theatre, Parque Historico and Plaza Lagos, and 20 minutes away from the airport and from the city centre.brbrThe easiest way to move around is by taxi. It is very cheap and we could even organise a dedicated taxi driver if you want to.brbrWe will make sure breakfast ingredients, plates and kitchen ware are stored in the kitchenette cupboards, so that guests can organise it at their most convenient time.brbrWe have a cat, Mati, which you probably won t even notice as she likes to walk around the garden.
