A large, luxurious house full of charm, with predominantly white furnishings and decoration designed by an architect, based on the theme of the sea. brAlmost every room in the house has a sea view.br brThe layout: br5 bedrooms (3 of which are en suite, the other 2 also have their own private bathroom) + a 6th small bedroom with 2 bunk beds. 3 bedrooms with patio doors open onto the garden + 1 bedroom upstairs opens onto a large terrace and the 5th bedroom, with the adjoining small bedroom, opens onto a patio. Each bedroom has its own bathroom (5 bathrooms) - (sleeps 12) + 2 baby cots (please ask us so that they can be made available and prepared). brLarge fully-equipped kitchen with bar, living room, boudoir with fireplace, dining room (sleeps 12), patio. brCovered terrace with long table for 12 people, architectural barbecue extended by a herb garden. Plot of 1500m2, decorated with palm trees, oleanders, bougainvilleas, cypresses and fig trees, large saltwater swimming pool, heated and lit, croquet set for 4 people, children's toys, rackets. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water. brLounge - rooftop (open air) on the roof, accessed from the garden via an external staircase inserted into the architecture of the house, with partially equipped kitchen + plancha, a bar, living room with sofas, armchairs and occasional tables, large dining table and raised bed 2mx2m. It can also be accessed via the Masterbedroom. brThe paved entrance courtyard is entered via a gate equipped with a remote control, and can accommodate around ten cars. brbrAs the house can accommodate 5 couples with 2 children, each bedroom is allocated a set of keys for access to the house, as well as a remote control for the gate, allowing everyone to come and go as they please.brbrAccess, house, garden and swimming pool (heated and salt water) were completely renovated during the first half of 2015. As a result, all the equipment in this house is new and state-of-the-art.

Beautiful South-facing Apartment With Sea View And Communal Pool

Our lovely 2nd floor apartment is on a small condominium close to Albufeira Old Town and the Marina. brThe beautiful beaches of Arrifes & Sao Rafael are 12/15 mins walk.brbrAlbufeira is a beautiful town on the Algarve coast - perfect for all ages.brThe Old town with its cobbled streets lies on an endless sandy beach with water sports available. There are plenty of quality bars and restaurants.brThe other side of Albufeira is the lively “Strip” which is easily reached by taxi or land train.brbrThe apartment is our second home and is lovingly decorated with homely touches. brThe twin bedroom is on a mezzanine level above the living room. It has an additional area with single sofa bed for a child/young adult.brThe main bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed. Both rooms have plenty of storage drawers and the hanging spaces have dozens of wooden coat hangers.brThe living area is spacious and airy and comfortably furnished.brThe apartment does not have air con but is kept cool in summer by floor standing electric fans in each room. There is often a cool breeze in summer.brbrPatio doors lead onto the sunny south facing balcony which overlooks the pool and restaurant and has a lovely sea view. brbrThe swimming pool has free sunbeds and the tennis court is available at a small charge, payable locally. brWe have tennis racquets and a selection of beach equipment/parasol.brThe pool bar & restaurant are open during the Summer season. [usually Late March - October]br * The restaurant is closed on Sundays but you may use the pool/ sunbeds. The side gate is open. *brbrThe lounge/diner and main bedroom have wall heaters and we have a portable heater for winter months.brbrbrADDITIONAL INFObrbrThe complex is in a perfect location close to beautiful beaches and clifftop walks on the outskirts of Albufeira Old Town. brThere are fabulous sandy beaches along the coast in each direction. brThe nearest are the beautiful beaches of Arrifes & Sao Rafael which are only 10/15 minutes walk. Both have a restaurant / beach bar.brAlbufeira Marina is a 17 minute walk.
