New for 2022 the property offers 1 allocated parking space a couple of minutes walk away and allows 1 dog subject to a fee.brbrThe property is accessed up a small set of steps onto a raised patio that’s ideal for storing wetsuits, paddle boards and beach gear during your stay. There’s an outside hose for rinsing water sports gear and salty dogs!brbrYou enter the property into an open hallway with adequate space shoes and coats for all guests. brbrTo the right on the ground floor is the open plan living, kitchen and dining room. Spend your time here entertaining at the large dining table or lounging on the sofas looking at the view and watching the Smart TV. The room has bifold doors that lead to a balcony with a table and chairs and affording some of the most stunning views that Salcombe has to offer. brThe kitchen is spacious and modern with everything you need for your stay including double electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. brbrTo the left of the entrance hall is the first of the two ground floor bedrooms with a bunk bed and adequate storage. The second bedroom is to the rear of the property and offers views over the town and 2 single beds. The bedroom also has an en suite shower room and plenty of storage. All living areas and two of the three bedrooms have wonderful sea views. Please note there are self-closing fire doors throughout the property.brbrThe open plan kitchen/living room is a superb room overlooking the estuary and the coastline with French doors, which open out onto a balcony with panoramic views. The living area is tastefully furnished with original paintings, oak furniture and wood laminate flooring, giving a contemporary feel. brThe dining area has a glass and oak table with six oak dining chairs with original paintings as a back drop. The sitting area has a large leather corner sofa with chaise longue, coffee tables and a small double sofa bed. There is a TV and DVD player together with a CD player and chairs for the balcony. brThere is a beautifully fitted oak kitchen with a peninsular unit, granite work surfaces, oven, microwave, hob and extractor, integrated dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, stainless steel sink with drainer and waste disposal unit.brbrThe master bedroom overlooks the Estuary and South Sands beach and has its own private balcony with chairs for sitting outside. The dining area has a large contemporary glass table with 2 carver chairs and 2 benches seating 8 people in total. There is also a shower room on this floor, with WC, handbasin with mirror over and shelves for toiletries storage.brbrUp to the next half landing you will find the bijou terracotta tiled roof terrace - a superb private sun trap! Equipped with rattan table and stools to seat 4 people, with gas BBQ, solar fairy lights and privacy screening. Here you can enjoy alfresco drinks over supper and catch the last of the evening sun with views of pretty pastel coloured Salcombe homes and Salcombe's Grade II listed church beyond.
