Newly opened Battersea Power Station is only 8 stops away on the tube! brSleeps 10 but could accommodate 2 more (children) on camp beds - 5 large double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with baths and showers as well as an extra WC on the ground floor.brThis is the perfect home for big groups as it has lots of communal living space - 2 living rooms, dining room and bar as well as a gorgeous garden with outdoor seating and gas bbq.brbrFriendly house cats live here permanently and can't be moved off the property - they are really friendly and love to curl up on sofas and beds - if you'd rather they don't lie on your beds then feel free to close doors. They'll be fed and looked after by Magda who'll pop in every day to check on them (with prior notice).brbrPerfect for families - large kitchen, 2 separate lounges plus dining room - all newly refurbished and fully equipped. Really lovely south facing garden that gets sunshine all day. We've recently added an outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ and fantastic outdoor entertaining area.brBalham and clapham are great areas for bars, restaurants and cafes. We live right on tooting common which is a fantastic park with lots of lovely walks as well as tennis courts and playgrounds for children. brbrPlease no groups or parties. Junction 2 of the M4 motorway is only 2.2km away and the A40 main road only 4.3km away.brbrThe Windermere House is perfectly situated in a quiet tree lined residential street in leafy West Ealing, right next to Lammas Park where one can enjoy walks or take the children to the play ground. Once inside the house the hallway leads to the inviting and comfortable sitting room with two sofas, fireplace and digital TV with multi-channels and built-in DVD player. Through an arch way to the spacious open plan kitchen/diner with fireplace and antique dining table accommodating up six people (up to eight people when the table is extended. There are two easy chairs here to sit and enjoy the view of the sunny south facing rear garden.
