This is a fantastic location, nearby the city of Coimbra in the heart of Portugal. The accommodation was very clean, tidy, and well equipped and overlooks some stunning views. There is a beautiful pool and there are several sun terraces. The owners were very welcoming and made us feel at home immediately. Lots of good extras, like a BBQ and washing machine. A car is very helpful for travel from the airport (an easy 1,5 hour drive from Porto) and to discover this lovely part of Portugal. We especially liked the fact it had two living rooms - this meant there was always space to do your own thing. The pool, by the way, is really great and we spent many a happy hour there, reading, sunbathing and swimming. The view from the living room is spectacular - a landscape of hills and woods which you will never tire of watching.
