ts 50 years old house and one acre property .brbrthe main house has 8 bed rooms with three toilets and bath with two kitchens.brbrand we have a separate hall with attached bath room and a extra toilet outside.brbrit doesn't have any beds right now but can occupy more than 10 bunk beds. brbrit has two doors from either sides with iron bars with security.brbrplenty of fresh air, greenery and sun shine.brbrelectricity supply has three faces. water supply from local municipality.brbrinternational telephone line , internet and cable TV available.brbrwe have only one bathroom with hot water.brbralmost every room has fans and previously we had two rooms with air con.brbrthe garden in the main house is about an ache.we have fruits like, banana, guavas, orange, papaya etc. brbrtwo out side sheds in front and in the back side.therefore guest can sit outside and enjoy a drink.brbrthe garden has enough space to build around 5 one bed apartments which i am planning in the future.brbrthe property is in a valley surrounded with mountains.brbrin front of the property there is a community school , play ground and Buddhist temple.brbrits a peaceful area and the property is in a high altitude than the main road. main roads and new and Matale town is about 15 minutes drive from main house.brbrrail way line is 10 minutes drive going to the capital Colombo.brbrsupper market and petrol station is 10 mins drive. local hospital and doctors are in less than 30 mins drive,brbrmain attractions are tea estates, Sembuwatha tea estate and lake, organic farm and Japanese ceramic factory.brbrother than SIGIRIYA, ANURADAPURA, POLONARUWA, JAFFNA, TRINCOMALEE AND MANNAR BEACH you can stop by matale and go to these attractions.br
