It is ideally located to explore Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion.brIt's just a 10 minute drive to the pretty township of Laugharne, with its castle and estuary famous for its links with Dylan Thomas, and a further 10 minute drive to the 7 mile beach at Pendine Sands. Follow the stunning coastline along through to Pembrokeshire and its popular towns of Saundersfoot and Tenby to name a few.brJust 20 mins in the opposite direction you will reach the town of Carmarthen, the oldest town in Wales. The modern open plan kitchen has ample amenities for your stay, including a full size fridge freezer, an oven and 4 ring ceramic hob, microwave oven and washer/drier.brbrThere is a lovely ground floor double bedroom with ample storage with the added bonus of lake views. Up a relatively steep staircase leading to the loft room, you will find a further space with two single beds. This area has original beams and limited headroom in some areas (see access statement).brbrThe modern downstairs bathroom boasts a jacuzzi bath, perfect to unwind after a long day exploring the area. There is shower over the P shaped bath.brbrThe lovely landscaped gardens have a variety of usable areas, private from the farm itself with fully fenced boundary There is a small patio area surrounding the house, and lawned areas with seating to enjoy dining al fresco, or a family BBQ on a summer evening, overlooking the lake. Children should be supervised at all times due to the open water.brbrUp the steps back through the gate, past the car park up in the farm area, you will find the large indoor pool area! The heated indoor pool and sauna is a rare treat for guests looking for a holiday home in this area.
