Close to all the local amenities yet offering a private space to retreat to.brbrGreeted by your own private patio space, bifold doors take you into a modern living space with separate cosy bedroom one end and large shower room the other.brThe spacebrFrom the shared driveway (we, the hosts live next door) a private gate will take you to Flora's private courtyard. Access into the property is up 2 small steps (approx 4)* and through bifold doors into a fully fitted kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, toaster, hob, oven & grill, under counter fridge with small freezer compartment, kettle and cafetierre.brbrA small dining area separates the open plan kitchen living area. The gap separating the kitchen and living area is approx 39 wide.brbrThe living area comprises a 2-seater sofa which opens into a (small) double bed, footstool, occasional tables and wall mounted SmartTV on adjustable mount to allow viewing from either the sitting area or kitchen.brbrA sliding door leads into the compact bedroom. Door height approx 73, width 32. The space either side of the double bed is approx 15 on the nearer side and approx 10 on the further side.
