Built in 2023, ecologically friendly, three-story house. My family and I live on the first floor. On the second floor there is two rooms 23 sq.m. each, with a large bed and a sofa. On the third floor is situated one double room 20 sq.m., suitable for two. There is also a big terrace usable from all the guests. Each room is comfortable and luxury, equipped with air conditioner, TV, Wi-Fi, fridge, private bathroom and private terrace. The house is located 500 meters by the North beach of the city of Primorsko. Supermarkets and restaurants are located nearby. Parking are available.brHouse RulesbrbrDear guests, to ensure your safety and comfort in the July's Guest House during your stay, we have clarified some guidelines.brRoom check in is from 2 P.M. Check out is until 11 A.M.brRooms can only be used by guests who are duly registered with a valid identity document.brFrom 22:00 to 07:00 hours is the time of night peace.
