Welcome to Villa Martina, named after a former faithful guest of this house. The house has a fantastic view of Risanäsviken from the patio at the back. A cup of coffee in the morning sun on the wooden deck or dinner around the table under the shelter of the roof on the patio is lovely. At bathrobe distance from the house, swimmers can take a dip from the jetty and within a few kilometers there are several child-friendly sandy beaches in Saxemara and Ekenäs. The house has an open floor plan with a stove to burn in for lovely warmth and increased coziness factor, firewood is included. Sofa bed and armchairs to sit in for community in the airy family room with high ceilings. Kitchen with all the possibilities for self-catering and a dining table to gather around if the weather does not permit sitting outside on the privacy-protected south-facing balcony, furnished with a dining area and sun loungers. From here a staircase down to a large lawn with trees available for play and activity. A bedroom on the lower level with a double bed and a window facing the sea. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and washing machine. The loft stairs to the upper floor with two beds can feel steep and are not suitable for everyone. A child gate from below is available for some safety. In Saxemara there is a summer-open cafe with some basic goods in the range and the proximity to Ronneby with shopping, restaurants and other services is good. Old, ancient Ronneby Brunn with park offers events such as concerts, exhibitions and a large flea market every Sunday during the summer. There are also pools with an outdoor waterslide and a spa with an indoor hot tub. The boat traffic from the inner city through Ronnebyån out to the harbor and the islands is a pleasant experience. There are several daily trips in the summertime out into the archipelago from various harbors to picturesque places for swimming and excursion destinations that can be recommended. This apartment is located on the ground floor of a charming house from the mid-1800s with a large cozy plot shared with the owner. It is located in a quiet area in the nice summer town of Ronneby. The garden is communal, but you have your own patio at the side of the house. The apartment is renovated in 2022. The first thing you meet is a glass veranda where you can sit and drink your morning coffee. Furthermore, you enter the dining room and kitchen. The house has a view of the harbor where the rowing boat for your own use during your stay is moored and available for a trip to beautiful Karö. Archipelago traffic boats leave daily during the summer from the harbor and several other jetties along the Ronneby River. The house, which is located on a secluded part of the owner's property, has its own lawn outside the door but has access to a larger area with a football goal if you want. In the hall there is space for outerwear and shoes. Further into the house is a large, bright living room with a double bed and sofa in front of a TV with Swedish channels on offer. Opposite is a smaller but cozy room without a door with two beds in a bunk bed. The well-equipped kitchen for self-catering also has a dining table to eat and gather at for communal moments if the weather does not allow it outside on the furnished terrace. This cottage is located on a large lovely plot and the first thing you meet out of is the generous terrace where you can spend long sunny days either in the hammock in the shade or in a sun lounger. Inside the cottage there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. You have a large airy living room with a dining area with high ceilings.
