The cozy and sustainable wooden holiday home Bergufer is located at the bottom of the Kofel mountain and on the banks of the Ammer river. Architects and local craftsmen planned and built it between July 2023 and October 2024. The heat comes from the ground and the electricity from the roof. You can see the mountains from the garden or the balconies, and in winter the cross-country ski trail runs right outside the door along the river. There are 2 vacation apartments in the house (on the first floor for up to 4 people, upstairs for up to 7 people), a studio (for 1-2 people) and an additional double room (for 1-2 people) with a separate bathroom.
