On the first floor, you have a lovely spacious sitting/dining/kitchen opening onto a terrace with outdoor table and chairs and a barbq. brbrOn the top (second) floor, you have two spacious bedrooms, one with queen bed with its own private terrace and a twin bedded room which can be zipped together to form a king bed. This floor has a spacious shower room between the two bedrooms. brbr In a 7-8 minute walk, you can be at Wynyard Quarter and the Convention Centre or visit most of the CBD and downtown restaurants, bars and Queen Street shops. The house is set over three floors, with either a terrace or a balcony on each floor. There are two car parks available PLUS a Garage. But you don't need a car here with buses and trains close by; you can walk, Uber or - scooter everywhere which is great fun! brbrIf you are a couple and 2 kids, you may book for 3 if planning to use only the two upstairs bedrooms.
