It is an small building with 6 privates apartments. The main entrance of the building is secure with a camera intercom and can be opened with a key that we will give you. Once you arrive on the 3rd and last floor, accessible by elevator or stairs, you enter an intimate and welcoming space of 100 m².brbrAll windows are sliding double-glazed French doors for optimal sound and thermal insulation, along with blackout blinds and mosquito screens for the comfort day and night.brbr- THE LIVING ROOM AND DINING are fully furnished with everything you need for your comfort. Its colorful decoration, creates a warm and homely atmosphere. You’ll find also access to a free High-Speed WiFi, a large screen TV, a Marshall amplifier that can be connected to your playlist, and a land phone, for your entertainment and communication.brbr- THE BEDROOM 1 on the courtyard side with its private bathroom and balcony : This room has a door with a key for more privacy.
