Turn off all lights and appliances before leaving. brbr2. Make sure to take all your belongings. Any forgotten items will be stored for 30 calendar days. After that, they will be donated or discarded. We do not offer shipping services. Perishable food and beverages will be discarded immediately. brbr brbrFINAL CONSIDERATIONS brbr1. Be respectful to neighbors and building staff. Follow quiet hours and respect shared spaces. brbr2. The reception staff don’t work for Geko. Any issues must be reported directly through Airbnb. brbr3. Any extra costs caused by deep cleaning, damage, repairs, or replacements must be covered by the guest responsible for the booking. brbr4. Any loss of income due to cancellations, discounts, refunds, or delays caused by a late check-out from a previous guest will be charged to the guest responsible. brbr5.
