This seasonal rental comprises a large living room with a seating area (flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi), a sofa, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic hobs, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer), a bedroom (1 queen-size bed), a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a pantry with a washing machine. In the heart of a quiet residential area of the famous Capbreton resort, the Villa Marensine welcomes you for a peaceful holiday for two or with your family. From here, everything is accessible on foot or by bike: the beach, shops, the cycle path, the lake and the Hossegor golf course... A range of leisure activities nearby for your greatest pleasure! And with its contemporary decoration and quality services, this semi-detached house guarantees you a comfortable stay. In a small condominium, this house benefits from an enclosed garden of 80m² with a wooden terrace of 60m², garden furniture and electric plancha. Arranged on 2 levels, it offers you: - a living room with dining area, lounge area (TV, WIFI) and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge) - 2 bedrooms (2 beds 160), - a shower room with toilet on the ground floor - a 2nd shower room upstairs - a second toilet upstairs. For your comfort, sheets, towels and household linen are provided. In low season, a heating package is included. Bed linen provided for 2 people, beyond 8 € per bed 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas burners). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
