Once upon a time, there was a family who loved nothing more than soaking up the sun on a beautiful beach or getting lost in the magic of Disney. But when in Indianapolis, they missed those experiences dearly. So they decided to create their own oasis, a luxurious home where they could rekindle those feelings and share them with others. And so, the Zestlife villa was born, a dreamy space filled with beach vibes and Disney-inspired spaces that would transport them and their guests to a world of pure imagination.

> Pool heating must be requested 48h before check-in. The pool heating max limit is 82°F.
> $50/day pool heating fee (must be heated for the entire reservation)
> It may take up to 48hr to heat the pool during colder months so 48 hours advance notice is required.

Charming and quiet area, perfect for families with highly rated Schools. The area offers easy access to nearby parks, shopping centers, attractions and dining options, making it a convenient and comfortable place to call home.

A car is needed, however, Uber/Lyft is easily available.

** Guest to bring firewood, kindling, and igniter if plan on using a firepit.
** Fireplace in living room use is not permitted for safety reasons
** BBQ grill propane gas provided.
** In summer, consider bringing your own bug spray if sensitive to mosquitoes. They come despite the pest control depending upon the season.
** Climb stairs only to use second-floor bedroom and Game room in the basement
** This is an upscale kid-friendly location, you would find neighbors/kids/dogs strolling, walking, and riding a bike on a sidewalk so please be mindful and courteous.
** Quiet hours are strictly enforced with patrolling in place. Any complaints from neighbors may lead to instant eviction with no refund.
** Pool is private, unfenced, heated and 9ft at the deepest end. Open during March-November.
> Pool heating must be requested 48h before check-in. The pool heating max limit is 82°F.
> $50/day pool heating fee (must be heated for the entire reservation)
> It may take up to 48hr to heat the pool during colder months.
** Hot tub is a 7-person hot tub with 59 jets (Open all year)
** No lifeguard at duty, use the swimming pool, or spa at your own risk.
** Max cars 4 at any time and must not be on the street. Only garage or driveway allowed
**There are noise level monitoring devices to comply with residential quiet hours. These do not record any sound.
** Please note there are exterior security video cameras capable of recording when motion facing front and backyard, pool/spa area and a front door camera for security.
