Stayed Feb 14, 2025We had a great time staying at the property. Loved having our own pool. There were a few issues inside the home but with messaging in app they were resolved quickly. We would stay again.

Stayed Dec 27, 2024This place was disappointment. We picked this home specifically because it advertised a heated pool and paid extra for the service. The pool was cold and unusable until the last day, which we didn’t know. I was refunded the pool cost except for the last day, which they wouldn’t refund because it was fixed but never told me it was. It was very frustrating for my 10 grands to listen to other kids around having fun! I feel they should have given me a percentage off the daily rate for not having the pool as advertised. Upon arrival there were 7 towels for 22 people but hey brought over more, 7 trash bags for 7 days for 22 people, 1 mini soap and shampoo in each bathroom and 2 dishwasher pods for the whole week. I went and bought supplies that I feel should have been supplied based on the daily cost and number of people they advertise it will hold. I guess I didn’t read the fine print. The kitchen was sparsely furnished with old pots and pans so cooking was a challenge. Cleanliness could have been better. We found popcorn in some of the beds and the floors had debris on them. The managers were responsive but it was obvious they weren’t going to do much more than tell me they were working in it. The “resort”was not as close as I thought and required us to drive. Once there it was a nice facility used by many other condos in the area so lots of people. I would not recommend this place.

Stayed Aug 5, 2024The interior of the property was very nice. The outside of the property needed t have grass cut and trash picked up. The check in process was a nightmare took almost 3 hours to gain access to the property. Passes for gate never did work the entire time we were there. Overall was pleased with the property but the check in process was terrible.

Stayed May 24, 2024This was a family affair we were all meeting in Orlando to celebrate my youngest daughter’s graduation and also my middle daughter, her best friend and my nephews birthdays. It was 20 of use including my two 5 month old grandsons. There was space for everyone, the children loved the play room and spent most of their time in there or at the pool. The movie area was also great. The kitchen was large and open allowed several of us to be moving around the kitchen without bumping into each other. The house is exactly like the pics on VRBO. The few miner issues we had were quickly addressed and taken care of. Andes was always friendly, professional and ready to help. We will definitely be staying here again. If you’re traveling with a large group or have children this is the place for you.

Stayed Dec 19, 2023The house was wonderful! We had a group of 16 people and still had extra beds! Everyone had their own space when needed but also tons of room to be together. We cooked breakfast every morning and generally had all we need. Target was within walking but I recommend driving. We were able to Instacart groceries without any issues. Highly recommend!
