Stayed Dec 27, 2025Awesome home, private neighborhood in the center of Puerto Los Cabos development. Large rooms throughout. Amazing kitchen, dining, outdoor entertaining areas and media room. House manager was very helpful coordinating massages and private chef.

Stayed Mar 6, 2016We visited at the beginning of March 2016. We were 2 families each with 4 & 7 year old kids. I probably wouldn't recommend this house for anyone that has children younger than ours (unless they were infants and can't walk). The property was the perfect size for us. Everyone had their space. It was a very beautiful house. The property management group was excellent. Property was clean and well maintained. You do need a vehicle for this property as there is nothing within walking distance. We would rent there again.

Stayed Feb 13, 2016My family had a wonderful time staying in this home in Feb 2016. We were traveling with our 3 young children and spent a lot of time enjoying both the pool and the large media room. Claudia, the house manager, was extremely welcoming and graciously waited hours for us after a delayed flight into Cabo. One of our favorite features of the home was access to the beach club. The staff was welcoming and the facilities are beautiful - it was a great place to have breakfast or lunch and enjoy a beautiful view. The children enjoyed the pool, beach and the brand new playground equipment. The home itself is quite large and would easily accommodate 3-4 couples - our family of 5 never even accessed the casita portion of the home. The AppleTv made it easy to access our own tv/movies plus the home has Satellite tv. We had a few issues with reception when watching tv (different channels working in one room, but not another) but just minor things. Overall, the wifi worked pretty well, which can be an issue with the concrete construction in Cabo. We did have some spottiness but I think that was related to the number of devices that we brought into the home ( 2 iphones, 1 blackberry, 2 ipads, 3 kindles, and 1 laptop), it seemed when one device would start working, another would get kicked off. Overall, lovely home in an easily accessible location. We have been traveling to San Jose del Cabo for several years and usually stay in the Pamilla area - this was a nice change and the area will only improve with the opening of both the JW Marriott and Ritz Carlton in the same neighborhood.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969First time we rented a home for vacation. This large house is located in a quiet cul de sac . This was a family trip to celebrate a special birthday and the Super Bowl. There were seven adults and one child. It is a well maintained home and the decor is high quality in a Tommy Bahama style. The bedrooms are all large with attached large bathrooms. Claudia arranged for food preparation for our Birthday/Super Bowl celebration. I was expecting a buffet and got a gourmet sit down dinner. We had left overs for a week. The Media room with projection TV was perfect for the football viewing. We recommend dinning at Casa Don Rodrigo in San Jose. Very romantic with a talented singing guitar player providing music. Casa Sanchez another excellent restaurant in San Jose. You can dine in the sand at The Office in Cabo San Lucas. The crab and lobster was to die for. The restaurant at the beach resort at Puerto Los Cabo was also excellent. If you play golf at the resort you receive complimentary beverages and food, including fresh made tacos at four holes. We took a trip to Todos Santos and had lunch at Hotel California. Was not worth the hour drive. I wish we could have stayed another week. I hope we can plan another visit next year. A car is a must, nothing is in walking distance.

Stayed Jan 16, 2016We 6 stayed at 89 La Noria in Puert los Cabos (San Jose del Cabo) from January 16-30, 2016 and the weather was nothing short of spectacular, in the high 20s during the day with pleasantly cooler temperatures at night. The home itself was everything it purported to be in the VRBO description, except to say it was even more comfortable than we thought it would be.Staff were in every two or three days, to care for the gardens and the pool. The house is big enough that you can sit quietly somewhere if you wish. You will also enjoy the second floor balcony with the firepit, in the evenings. We particularly enjoyed a couple of the eateries in the vicinity, including Flora Farms, which provides a lovely ambience and food straight from their farms to your table. It's usually very busy, so reservations are essential. One of our favourite places was Habaneros, in San Jose...we returned two or three times to enjoy the wonderful food and the most enjoyable service. Try their chicken Voodoo...you'll love it. The only proviso with the home is its location with regard to town. You will need a car to get around. highly recommended

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Truly perfect. I spent a week with my family and we enjoyed the pool, the en-suite bathrooms and king-size beds, and the media room. The place is spotlessly clean, including the pool and hot tub. It is quiet and private, too. Claudia, the manager, was extremely helpful and gave several good recommendations for restaurants and spas nearby. A couple tips... a new JW Marriott just went in about 3 minutes away and the breakfast buffet is ($38/adult) fabulous! Juice bar, etc. We enjoyed Palmilla beach (sandy and beautiful), Santa Maria beach (pebble sand and some snorkeling), and Chileno beach (abundant fish for snorkeling). La Dolce restaurant in San Jose is great for italian food if you get tired of Mexican. We left a couple beach umbrellas and some sand toys and a football that didn't fit in our luggage on the way home. I hope you enjoy this place as much as we did. I would love to go back!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was the very first time we had rented a private property in Cabo after having stayed at several resorts over the past few years. We will never stay at a hotel again!!! This house was EXACTLY as it appears in the listing and does not disappoint at all. We were all very pleased with all of the amenities. We had two families with children ages 3-13 and everyone found something to do. The media room was ideal for times when the kids were done swimming and allowed the adults to have some quality time. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to expand their experience in Cabo!!! The one recommendation is to consider getting a rental car or having transportation set up ahead of time so that you have options for getting around. There are services to do the shopping for you but if you prefer to do your own (like we do), it may make sense. The property manager and the staff at Puerto Los Cabos community are super helpful and friendly. We will never stay at a hotel again!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I spent a week in Casa Mayflower with my wife, 2 young children and my parents and had a fantastic experience. The property manager was excellent and helped us setup severl activites while we were there. My kids loved the pool and I enjoyed being able to watch them from the large covered patio that is immediately adjacent. There are several nice eating spaces as well as a fantastic view of the ocean from the top floor deck. Incredibly clean and well-kept property that will not disappoint with an amazing media room in the basement and approximately 100+ television with blu-ray player and HD Satellite service. Well worth a look for anyone that needs a nice house in or near Puerto los Cabos.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My Husband and I with our 2 teenage children have been vacationing in the Los Cabo area now for the past 6 yrs. This is only our 2nd time renting a privately owned Villa, and Love the experience of it so much, we will never stay at a Hotel Resort again. Located in such a wonderful area. With security gates you will feel safe and comfortable there. And the security men are always there to greet you with a smile. When we pulled up to the Villa and opened the front door we were overwhelmed with the beauty of the home. Decorated absolutely stunning, but with warmth that made it feel like our home for the week. The photos on their web sites is exactly how the rooms are,the kicthen is amazing, bedrooms are very large, and the outside pooland hot tub area is very quiet and private. The views were amazing. The back and side of villa you get golf course views and the front you get ocean views. The upper front deck is great to have your coffee in the morning and watch amazing sunrises. and all the fishing boats going out to sea, and in the evenings we love to sit either in the hot tub and watch the stars or light the firepit and just hang and play cards. We also enjoyed going down to their own community clubhouse. Which is still very quiet there also. We enjoyed going there for breakfast then walking the beach. Even though it was a holiday week, it was still so calm and quiet. Just how we like it..Casa Mayflower, We loved our vacation and Highly Recommend You.. Thank You.
