Stayed Jul 19, 2024We couldn't relax or have a good time. The house has a strong cigarette smell. Kitchen and silverware weren't cleaned properly. Not enough supplies, towels and linens. The private pool was dirty and the water cloudy. Last I booked in the platform to checkout al 1100am but when you arrive to the property the host tells you th the checkout is a 10:00am. We had a hard time and couldn't relax at all. We are very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Stayed Mar 5, 2023We had a wonderful time, super close to restaurants and shopping areas. The house is very clean and cozy. It has very nice Disney themed details fun for younger kids as well. Everything looked well taken care of and the communication with the Property Manager with super easy and received answers quickly.
