Stayed Aug 30, 2024There were not enough towels for a group of 7 people for a 4 day stay. There were no towels for the pool or beach even though these were aspects of the property that were promoted. There were insufficient dish water tablets provided, no bin bags and insufficient washing powder to wash towels. Outside bin was full.

Stayed May 10, 2024We had 6 friends staying for the weekend. There was plenty of room for sleeping as well as the lounge area for 6 adults to stay there comfortably. The amenities were clean and all in working order. The host was fantastic in ensuring we had everything we needed. Great place. Plenty of room. Clean. Easy/Quick access to Surfer's and other areas by walking or car. I would recommend this place to others.

Stayed Apr 21, 2024We spent 5 nights at the property. It is very well maintained. Clean, 10 minute walk to the Beach, 7 mins to cavill avenue. Garage is large enough for 2 ful size SUVs, so no issues in regards to two groups families staying together in this property. highly recommend the property for a large family or two families.

Stayed Nov 10, 2023my family and i had a most wonderful stay. Very nice private pool of which we enjoyed many times over our 3 night stay, lovely kitchen area that was user friendly, and the beds and showers were large and comfortable
