Stayed Nov 2, 2025This property owner has obviously not put a dollar into this house in years. Be careful when you sit on the couch as you can feel 2x4’s on your back. Honestly he could spend 5-10k and would have made this 5 stars. Just everything is old and blah.(not just the couch)

Stayed Sep 4, 2025We arrived around 7:30 PM. The first impression was rough—there was a weird smell throughout the house, and when we went to let our dogs out, the backyard was full of dog feces and cigarette butts. Not a great start, and unfortunately it didn’t get much better. One of the main reasons we booked was for the pool, but it was filthy, full of ripped pool noodles and broken toys, so we never used it. I also took videos both upon arrival and departure to document the condition. I really didn’t appreciate paying for a vacation rental and feeling like I had to clean just to be somewhat comfortable.•Weird smell in the house upon arrival•Dog feces and cigarette butts in backyard we had to clean up•Pool filthy with debris, unusable•Leftover trash on fridge and open chip bags in shelves•Sticky floors throughout•Only one TV in the whole house (not ideal for family vacation)•Blue couches in listing photos have no backs—just cloth over bars, very uncomfortable•Two bathrooms, but only one usable because the hall shower backed up•No towel hooks in either bathroom•Beds extremely uncomfortable, basically cheap foamThe good points: the kitchen looks nice (though note there’s no working icemaker), the location is close to the Strip, and you can see the Stratosphere from the backyard. The neighborhood was fine. You can tell the owners are trying, but this house really needs work before it should be listed for vacation rentals.

Stayed Aug 2, 2025Terrific house that is perfect for friends and family to stay at and enjoy the strip and have a great place to come back to for some rest and recharging. Our dogs loved it too! The pool is not heated which I think is a good thing, it was perfect temperature for a 105 degree day.

Stayed May 14, 2025We arrived to a standard 3 bed/2 bath house where they converted the garage to another bedroom. It is not a Villa (that is marketing). You are 5-6 miles west of the strip towards the end (Palace Station Area). The reviews to get a 10/10 have to be from friends and family and faked. We arrived to a very, very dated unit, the closet doors were all off the tracks and and the pool was not clean. The bathroom showers were non-functional (master without any hot water and guest with the knob missing to adjust the temperature.) Each room had two bath towels (no hand towels, no face towels). The kitchen is not well appointed at all so bring everything you will need to cook and serve. The fridge had to be cleaned upon arrival and the interior furniture was dry rooted where one chair collapsed beneath a 122 pound family member leaving her on the floor. We noticed the bug traps all over the unit and they were necessary (yes, even roaches). We were traveling with a (Premier host) and (Diamond host) that was appalled at the condition of the unit.
