Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: lovely place , well furnished and convenient. However not enough laundry and dish washing soap or toilet paper for a week! (the cleaners fault we suspect). could use some spare lightbulbs and batteries for the clock. The outlets didn't all work so was harder to charge. The pickleball situation is another story though. The round robins they made you play with folks who had no skills because there were not enough at that level. What a waste of money. (not your fault- please share info though)

Was just as advertised, and the pictures tell it all. Right on the 18 fairway of the RTJones course, with view all the way to the clubhouse! Both bedrooms were ideal, with plenty of towels. The kitchen came with all the necessities. Only drawback was the system for the cable TV. Instructions were seemingly clear, but we could not find local versions of national networks (could not watch Monday Night Football)! Ended up going to a sports bar!!! Otherwise great!!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A nauseating smell greeted us and stayed the entire 4 days despite our efforts to air the place out. Not sure if they just fumigated or used a deodorizer to disguise something...the sofa was not very comfortable. The patio furniture was not comfortable. Definitely not worth what they charged for this unit.

The outside, on the other hand, was substandard. The front and rear decks were falling apart. For the price we paid, we expected a much better exterior. There were no screens on either bedroom sliders so we couldn’t open the slider to get fresh air during the nights. The screen on the family room slider had to be repaired to be usable. There should be more pots and pans for guests like us who cook.
