The property accommodates a maximum of 8 guests and offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms distributed across its two levels.

The ground floor opens onto a spacious and luminous living area facing the pool, furnished with comfortable sofas that include a convertible double sofa bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for your group. This welcoming space also features a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen complete with a Nespresso coffee maker and additional appliances. An external staircase connects the ground floor to the upper level, where the 3 dedicated bedrooms are located. 2 of these rooms are furnished with double beds, while the third is appointed with 2 single beds that can be joined together upon request. Each of the 3 bedrooms benefits from its own private en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests.
