The host was very welcoming and responsive. The villa is fantastic and very well appointed. Location is excellent. Our family loved the stay.

Beautiful, well maintained condo. Well stocked kitchen with high end appliances. The garage is a huge bonus. Well laid out with tons of space for a larger family. Perfect spot on the island with shopping and restaurants all right by you. Beach and pools right outside your door. The lanai overlooking the pool was amazing! Great communication as well with owner. Don’t hesitate to book this place. Amazing!

We loved the place… comfortable rooms and beds, clean and welcoming gathering area… large lanai with nice, comfortable seating and a view of the pool’s waterfall. The pool area was great, often had it to ourselves. Beach chairs were appreciated as we tooked them on our all trips to the beaches.

This was our first time to bring our kids with us to Maui. The property was more than perfect! We had a pool just outside the back of the property and we were close to the beach, actually close to everything we needed. Renting paddle boards was beyond easy. Almost across the street and having a garage made it so easy. The Renatas company brought the paddle boards, surf boards, body boards, snorkel gear and dropped these things off right inside our garage. They would even pick everything up if needed. I would recommend this place to anyone !! Great trip !! Thank you so so much !!

Perfect setup for our family. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, dining, living, and patio area was the ideal setup for our trip. Our family which included an infant never felt closed in being the home was setup for all to already out and relax. We were able to hit the beach and restaurant there at the resort and also felt it was great location for days we wandered away. I highly recommend this home for any Maui trip. Thanks for the stay…

We were initially set on an option with an ocean view but kept reading good things about the garden villas at Honua Kai — particularly for families. In hindsight, we are so happy with our choice and this rental. The best features were 1) all the space and third bedroom, 2) reserved parking directly out your door, secluded pool and hot tub directly down the steps from large lanai. Our kids enjoyed the access and close proximity to other pools on property and ocean front but ultimately spent most of their time in the villa’s pool. In addition to reserved parking spot, there is a garage for unit that contained beach chairs, sand toys and swimming floating board that the kids made great use of. Whether it was grilling burgers on the lanai or eating at the island or large table in cool air conditioning, this unit has it all and makes for great home base while exploring Maui. As an added bonus, wrist bands are provided to guests to utilize the hotels towel vending service at no additional charge. This may very well have been a once in a lifetime trip to Maui for our family — but if we were to return someday, we would definitely look to rent this unit again. The customer service was top notch and documentation made check in and out a breeze. This was so very much appreciated as it got our vacation off on the right foot and made for stress free departure as well. Thanks for the most wonderful stay! Dan

Family vacation for 5 adults worked perfectly in this lovely 3 bed, 3 bath villa. Pool was right outside our door. Nice balcony, walking distance to grocery store. Owner always responded quickly. We had all we needed.

The Villas here are a great option and we found it better than the towers. The villas are very spacious and ability to park outside your unit with a garage to store the beach toys. The villas are all identical but what separates this listing is the management - Super responsive and we had everything we needed. This home was very clean and well appointed. We also liked the location much better than the south side of the island.

Villa 9D was amazing! Super close to the the great Kaanapali beach. The pool closest to our Villa was also super nice and private. Having access to the Hanua Kai Resort and Spa facilities was a major plus--especially the main pools and hot tub areas. Dinner at Duke's had amazing food and amazing sunset views! I would highly recommend this residence to anyone heading to Maui. 6 of us fit very comfortably in the villa. Thank you KLVR!--Matt B
