Enjoy your morning coffee, relax, and read a book on your private deck. There is a propane grill in the front paver area for cooking up meals that your friends and family will enjoy!

The contemporary kitchen has been updated, including quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, and plenty of storage. It is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy your meals. There is a table with seating for 4 and a countertop bar with seating as well. The bright and inviting kitchen opens up to a dining room with seating for six that overlooks the expansive golf course. Off of the kitchen is a separate bar area.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, updated furniture, a flat-screen TV, and access to a deck that connects to the living room. The primary bathroom has been fully renovated, including a his-and-hers vanity and a large, tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a Queen and twin size beds with bright, cheerful bedding and a full, adjacent bathroom. Inverness Village is located near the Fazio Golf Course in Palmetto Dunes. This desirable villa is situated within a mile to the beach. The community amenities include an on-site pool and private tennis courts. Guests are close to everything that Palmetto Dunes has to offer – golfing, clay tennis and pickleball courts, fishing, miles of bike paths, restaurants and stores, and an 11-mile lagoon for exploring nature.
