Waterside VIlla with Large Pool and Designer Interior

Everything was clean, easy to check in. When I reached out to the property manager they were quick to answer and polite. Definitely recommend to book this stay!

This was a wonderful place to stay. Close proximity to the gulf, easy to get to any restaurant or attractions. The house was clean on arrival. Beds and bedrooms were nice. Need little more seating in the living room and the kitchen wasnt stock with alot of stuff to cook at home. But overall it was a great place to vacation at

We stayed at this home in 2024 and it was perfect. The sofa has been replaced with one that seats fewer people and is extremely uncomfortable. Now there isn’t enough seating in the living room for the amount of people the home sleeps The bedroom on the main level was very hot and could not be cooled down. There were much fewer kitchen utensils than last year as well. It was certainly not as clean as last year either. Other people’s clothing was found in one of the bedrooms and there was hair in one of the tubs. Just sharing so the owner is aware.On the plus side, it’s a very short walk to the beach and is spacious and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay. Hopefully the things mentioned can be improved and we can stay again next summer.

Everything was very clean on arrival, the location is great- the beach is right down the street. Other: the queen room on the second floor is a VERY hot room. There isn’t enough furniture in the living room for everyone to gather despite the listing description. They need a very large sectional & chairs. Kitchen supplies are decent. Plenty of plates, cups, but cooking tools/prepping tools & pans could be better. The main room on the third floor is really nice & the massive bathroom. “Spa quality amenities” in the description is an overreach. The beach chairs provided were nice to have. There is no discount on rentals as the listing states. We had complications in paying because we wanted to charge the remaining balance on a different card than the initial deposit was charged on. Even tho we contacted Love Rentals to ensure this wouldn't be an issue, completed all their verification requirements, and submitted the payment before it was due, they still charged the wrong card. Overall still a good stay, just want to point out the issues as all the positives are in the listing.

Beautiful house, close to the beach, we had a great time!

This home is close proximity to a beautiful public beach. The house is nicely decorated. We traveled from the west coast, so we didn’t bring beach towels with us and were surprised none were supplied. The beach wagon with chairs was nice, however. This was a great location and good home for our extended family.

Our family vacation was great! We really enjoyed ourselves. The property was large and accommodated everyone. It was very clean and nicely decoratored. Everything we needed was there and felt like home. Communications regarding property was great. Only a short walk to the beach. We will definitely stay again.

Very homey feeling and a real joy to stay at for our 1st family vacation, perfect for our crew. Was impressed that the house was very clean & spotless upon arrival. The House was nicely decorated, and the main living area has ample space for family games & leisure time. Centrally located off Hwy 98. Be sure to bring extra trash bags & toilet paper, our family of 10 used a lot in the 5 days we were there. Also, if you’re planning to cook in, bring your seasonings (salt/pepper, etc.). There is plenty of pots and pans, utensils and cooking & food storage items. The 3rd floor King bedroom suite is a real gem especially with the large luxurious bathroom (May need to flip a coin on who gets it ?). The 1st floor King bedroom & bunk room is on the lower level as you enter the house, and feels more isolated from 2nd and 3rd floors, but it worked well. The 2nd floor queen bedroom was warmer, maybe there was a temp adjuster we didn’t see. Overall, Our family enjoyed and we all had blessed & great/comfortable stay!! Special Thanks to owners for sharing/providing such a very lovely retreat. Booking was easy, the rules/instructions were very clear and information regarding the beach and the local area was very helpful. I would stay there again. Don’t hesitate in booking this delightful dwelling.

We had a party of 12 (8 adults, 4 kids). There was plenty of room for everyone. The pool was just a few doors down and the beach was a five minute walk away! We thoroughly enjoyed the property!
