Waterfront Villa, Pergola & Pool near beach

The property was well kept except the landscapers only came once during the whole month and for that reason we had alot of lizards and iguanas. Everything else was excellent.

A beautiful house in an amazing location! Looking forward to our next stay already. Highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the Deerfield/ Boca / FTL area!

Great family stay - everything was as advertised. House was in great shape and comes well appointed. The pool and dockside sitting were the highlights by far.

Everything was what we expected. There were some issues, but they were fixed immediately. Would definitely stay here again!!

The 3 bathrooms/3 bedroom layout was perfect.The house was in good condition - not great. It needs a little TLC. New pillows and towels will go a long way. The dishwasher needs to be fixed/replaced. The pool heater didn't turn on - not that it mattered because the weather was pretty bad the entire time. A lot of the knobs/handles are loose and need to be tightened. The washing machine/dryer doors are not secure. With a little TLC this house could be amazing.IRenta was great in communicating. We received text messages about garbage night, about check in procedures, check out procedures. I would definitely rent with this company again.

We had a wonderful time. The area was great, close to the beach (10 minute drive), great food options and the pool was a hit with the kids. It was a good time had by all 5 of us.

The Lighthouse Point home was in a great location - close to restaurants, stores and the beach. The canal setting and pool allowed for a most relaxing time for our family. It was easy to find, has a full kitchen (with plenty dishes/utensils/pots and pans), linens and bedding were good. The master bath is quite large & lovely. Air conditioning worked great as it was almost 100 degrees every day. If you're staying for more than a long weekend, may want to bring your own basics for cooking & cleaning. I couldn't find on the website - but the beds include: a king, a queen, and 2 singles. A nice place to return to.

I woukd definitely say again . The house was cozy and modern. The beach is a 4 minute car drive and stores are just a walk away. It it's located in a cute neighborhood. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans and coffee maker.
