You will receive a unique access code for a seamless and secure self-check-in experience. Guests have access to the entire home.

The Neighborhood:
The home is located in a residential neighborhood just off Santa Barbara Blvd., making both ends of the Cape accessible. To the north is Pine Island Road with access to multiple shopping centers, major supermarkets, and all types of eateries. To the South, you will connect with Cape Coral Parkway, accessing the downtown experience of great food and entertainment venues.

Getting Around:
We highly recommend bringing a car to navigate the local area. Uber and Lyft are also available. The home sits on a freshwater canal and hosts a boat ramp and seawall to access the freshwater canal system of Cape Coral. However, the canal is not gulf-accessible.

    For our crew this house could not have worked out better! There was enough space for everyone to spread out and plenty of space for us all to gather together! The bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed and spacious! The kids made quick work of catching Peacock bass on the canal, while the girls were more interested in checking out the iguanas that frequented the yard and seeing how many coconuts they could find. We had at least 3 cooks in the kitchen and there was plenty of space for all of us. The extra garage fridge was awesome! So many little details that made this property truly stand out! Coolers, beach chairs, beach towels and just about anything else you may need for a day at the beach came with this rental! We had an awesome stay and I would highly recommend this property to any group looking for an affordable comfortable home for your next vacation!

    If you have small children, go for it! The house needs updating! It’s spacious and comfortable! Just furniture very dated but it had everything you would want or need! My best friend is an interior designer and she was very thorough of what needed to be done. The owner and housekeeper are amazingly nice. Update some things you’ll have the perfect gem!

    Beds were great. No dressers, clothes hangers or closet doors. All appliances great. The sliding doors out to the pool are extremely hard to open. All the furniture in the house is old. The sectional has multiple stains & the cushions are so bad you are sitting on the floor. Not one good piece of furniture to be comfortable in to watch tv. The location of the house was too close to Santa Barbara. All day & night you can hear loud motorcycles & cars racing up the road. You can’t change the location but the inside needs lots of work to be worth the money they are asking for rent.
