We felt that the listing is highly misleading. The pool is very small and precarious. It blocks a fantastic view of Podgora, and not suitable for a group of 10. A better picture should be included to make it clear it's a small plunge pool. The listing gives the impression that it's a sunken pool and much bigger. Accessing the terrace is very unsafe! Want to make you aware that the hand rail on the wooden steps is not very secure. Once up there was only 4 sunbeds available, one of which was broken. This was very confusing due to how many people this Villa was due to sleeo.I would not recommend this property for anyone with children or anyone with mobility issues at all. We had issues with the hot water. There was only enough hot water each evening for 1 person to shower after which we were all subjected to cold showers. The sofa beds are not suitable. They were uncomfortable and woke our guests several times during the night due to them being unstable and thin mattresses. The bedrooms are spacious, as is the kitchen area. The place was very clean. Kitchen well equipped. The bathrooms had lots of space, but again I wouldn't take children due to the amount of stairs and floors are very slippy when wet. The host was lovely and helpful and Podgora itself was beautiful and incredibly friendly area of Croatia Overall we were just very disappointed with the outdoor space and looking back over the listing had we have realised that this was the set up we would not have booked.

This place is located at the hearth of Podgora and has everything you needed for a fantastic vacation. The owners are very friendly and helpful to make your vacation a memorable time.
