The entire process was organized and easy & Coastal was incredibly responsive, responding (via email) within minutes. The home was clean, beds were comfortable, and the property was in great condition. Beach towels were provided for us as well as extra blankets and plenty of towels. The views were beautiful, it is in a quiet location, and just a few minute walk to the beach.

Great location, you can hear the bar from the deck if you just want to relax. Lots of space for activities.

Loved the location and the house. Walk to beach and pool was short. View was beautiful. Was missing a blanket for pull out sofa, called and the blanket was delivered the same day. Stove insert needs to be updated and downdraft vent was not working. Dishwasher needs jet dry or something as it didn't dry dishes well. Property description says close to shops, however most had been torn down and were in the process of being rebuilt. Overall, very nice house and area and would stay here again.

Lovely property in a quiet family friendly location.

The property, location and atmosphere were all a perfect fit for our family. We had a great time.

Lovely views of the South Beach harbor and easy access to the Salty Dog. The property may have recently switched owners? Furniture looked new, beds were comfy but it needs a bit of maintenance. Cabinets and drawers had loose screws that we re-attached. Walls need some painting and vents need cleaning. But very clean otherwise. We enjoyed our stay. .

The house layout and location is wonderful. Each morning while having coffee on the deck , you can soak in the water views, while the pelicans and ducks go about their morning routine. Also saw two dolphins swim by.

We visited over labor day weekend and had a wonderful stay. The property was spacious, great living room space, garage to keep our bikes, golf clubs and fishing gear. My three boys caught a bunch of fish on the ocean side, saw a lot of dolphins. Really enjoyed our stay and would go back again in a second!

Could use some more updating and a new broom lol. Overall clean, comfortable and awesome location and very fair price.

This property is situated in a very quiet and relaxing part of Hilton Head and we liked that it was a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Great property in wonderful location just past south beach and salty dog cafe

We were all very very impressed with our stay in the townhouse. We had everything we needed for our visit before we left home including our passes to stay in Sea Pines and the codes for the home. There was no need to stop and pick up a key.There was more than enough space for our family of 7 including 3 teenagers. It was also impressively clean. We enjoyed the area and could easily walk to the beach. But, of course, the absolute best thing was the view. We spent the majority of our time in the house on the deck overlooking the water. We would absolutely recommend staying here.

Would recommend. Enjoyed the back porch, great view. Plenty of room for our family. Easy access to the beach.Not enough Tupperware products for left overs. The dishwasher didn't seem to work very well. We enjoyed our time there.
