Stayed Dec 4, 2025House was incredibly clean and comfortable. Beds were lovely and I especially enjoyed the heat function in the primary bath. Our last day was exceptionally warm and we had a nice visit with the ducks swimming behind the deck.

Stayed Jul 21, 2025This was an amazing vacation and everything was perfect. The golf cart was perfect touch and my kids favorite part of the house. We loved the location and everything around us. The warf shopping close by was fun to drive the golf cart to and spend some time there. Overall we loved everything about this trip and this house was perfect for us.

Stayed Jun 14, 2025We stayed at this property 2 years ago and again this year. We love the neighborhood, the house and the cute deck area. The golf cart broke the second day but property management was able to get us another one. They really went above and beyond. We will definitely stay here again.

Stayed Apr 17, 2025The property is just as described, communication with the management company was quick and easy, check in and check out process was seamless. Home is just as described and was perfect for our family of 5. We loved sitting out back and watching the turtles and having the golf course so close. Golf cart made it easy to get around. We’ve stayed in multiple Sandestin neighborhoods, this is now one of our favorites!

Stayed Jul 28, 2024This property suited our family of five quite well. Our kids loved the pond. The golf cart was a must. The only drawback was the rear turn singals were not functioning, so driving at night was not safe. We were a short ride to the beach. We look forward to returning.

Stayed May 26, 2024We had a great stay. The house was clean, quiet and comfortable. The back porch was a highlight. Watching the turtles, ducks and golfers was fun. It was nice to have a golf cart and you could go there and never drive your car. We would recommend it and hope to stay there again.
