Wanna get away for a great stay! Beachwalk 176 8min walk to the Shipyard beach

Host v responsive. Space lovely and clean and well tended. Many thoughtful details. Location perfect - only 6 minute walk to beach.

Everything was very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked.

We loved this villa! It was clean, well kept, and comfortable. They have a beautiful back porch and very comfy rooms. Everything was spotless upon arrival. Great kitchen supplies provided and easy walk to the beach.The only thing I would warn about is the uber experience, because there is some confusion we faced with getting the drivers to come to the right entrance (it would route them to the resident entrance where they could not get in). Of course that has nothing to do with the amazing condo and host, but just a fair warning if you’re planning to use uber! Jo was responsive and timely with any help we needed. Would stay here again! After multiple trips to Hilton Head, this is the best place we have stayed! The condo itself was extremely clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The location is perfect! Shipyard is such a beautiful place! Very easy, fast, and scenic walk to the beach. The beach locker made everything so convenient! It was nice not having to carry everything to the beach, especially with kids. In the locker there were chairs, and plenty of toys and boogie boards for the kids. The owner is so sweet and easily reachable! We would love to stay here again!

The owner was hospitable and friendly from the start all the way through checkout. The property was clean and well maintained.

My husband and I loved staying at the Ultimate Beach Getaway. Beyond cleanliness, being super comfortable and well stocked, we felt like we were home. Jo was a delight to work with. She was easy to communicate with and very accomidating. We would highly recommend staying here. You will love it!

The condo is a quick 8 minute walk to the beach. Everything inside is very clean. The furniture, kitchen appliances, linens, etc. were in like new conditions. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, a few spices, oils, keruig and old school coffee pots with filters. The main bedroom mattress is comfortable. Beach towels and inflatables were available as well as games and books. We met the owners upstairs and next door; both were very friendly. Jo is responsive, friendly and communicates well. The only downside was you can hear every step upstairs and the condo does slope a bit. These are completely out of Jo's control and just something to be aware of. If you want a clean and well furnished unit to rent this place is it.

Beautiful, fully equipped condo! Everything we needed including beach chairs and beach towels. We truly had a perfect vacation!

First, I want to say the host is amazing. Jo was communicative and a pleasure to work with. That said, the villa did not disappoint. It was well kept, cozy, and just a fabulous home away from home. It has everything you'd expect and then some. Five stars for sure. The only thing I'd say was a hmm not even a disappointment was - we thought the pool was within view of the villa (i.e. in the back yard) based on some of the pictures. It's right around the corner and not far but that was something we were like...did we remember the pictures wrong. However, it's not a big deal at all and I'm only saying it because I probably wouldn't believe me if I read this review and all I had to say was glowing and warm recommendations. :) We'll be back for certain! This villa is exactly as described. While we are active during our stay, the villa is a perfect place to get a reprieve from the heat, and a comfortable place for family gathering in the evening. The check-in process was a breeze and the villa was well-prepped for new visitors. Jo, the manager of the unit, is attentive and focused on a great experience for guests. Some highlights of the villa: The kitchen is well-stocked for preparing meals ( if you want to eat in), the bedrooms are very comfortable, the bathrooms are large and spotless, and the beach locker ( located below the Shipyard beach house) is a huge convenience, and the short walk to the beach is a plus. This property is very charming and in a quiet location. Jump at the chance to book this wonderful villa.

This townhome is a nice place to stay. Plenty of room and has everything you need for your vacation. Owner communicated with us great and was very helpful. Instructions are very clear. The place is decorated beautifully. We didn’t use them but beach chairs in a locker are provided. Bathrooms are a good size. Water pressure very good in showers. Nice deck and grill to use. Short walk to the pool. Area was quiet other than two kids above us. lol. We loved the Shipyard Golf course plus close proximity to many restaurants and other places of interest. Great area to walk or bike. Glad to now know how nice this area is.

We had a wonderful ten day stay. We have been coming to HHI and Shipyard for almost thirty years and were looking for a new place to stay. Found it! Everything was thought of. The leaf blower was a bonus to keep the deck clean. Shipyard has moved the beach tag parking requirement up to mid April, but if parking wasn't available the walk is manageable. The beach locker is definitely an asset for that reason. Beds comfortable, linens and towels were nice. You could hear neighbors walking around above us, but that is expected with units above. The unit has been updated and decorated all beachy theme, loved it. Communication was amazing.
