Walking distance to the the beach beautiful Villa

The place is infected with rats. We had to leave early and look for another place when we noticed it. The floor is cleaner than the sofa. You feel safer sitting on the floor.

Nice and clean on the inside. Very good if you want the family to be close.

It was definitely a 10/10 on being 5/10 minutes from all food and entertainment. The area was suspect but close to water .water pressure is extremely low in bathroom and kitchen . Door knob are so old and loose, we just left all doors open. and definitely in need of new couch ! But it was definitely in a great spot if you want everything 5 mins away

Property manager emailed me she had no problem sending door codes via text, but had to be day of check in. Drove 10 hours, 30 minutes out, still no door code, had to call VRBO as had no way (except email) to contact host. Then VRBO gave us a phone # for host for check out day, and it wasn't her phone # so all communications had to be via VRBO during stay. Suggestions for this property: Water pressure/temp needs adjusted, no outside venue for sitting outside, couch was wet when we arrived??? Not sure why, dog pee previous tenants maybe, cleaned by cleaning crew and left wet. Need additional storage options in bedrooms and/or luggage racks and bathroom needed slip resistant mat and/or rug (I bought these items) shower bar for ADA, we aren't young but we not old, the Keurig acted like it was on it's last leg. Games??? Also, there was a drug take down less than block away, drugs, cops, it was quite a show, but we realize that is nothing you can control. Four pillows on beds instead of two, as they were pretty flat, I brought my own thank goodness. Washer got giggy with it when used. Overall, it was cute, clean overall, and was in close proximity to everything, and we felt comfortable. For feeling more safe coming and going, outside cameras needed and a light behind house where we were told to park our car. There looked like there was a motion light there but it didn't work. Overall, my worst VRBO experience out of all the previous trips I have booked.

This was a good place to stay. The neighborhood is not that great and even had a homeless person knock on the door. Very pet friendly which was very important to us.

The cute home was nice place to stay a couple blocks from beach.

We had a great vacation from the moment we arrived, the house was very clean, everything was well organized, the location was very good, everything was very affordable, shops, beach, cultural and attraction centers, most importantly, the kindness of our hostess, Emily, always very attentive to answer any questions or concerns, 100% recommended. We are ready to return soon.

Place was clean and about 5 blocks from beach . Within walking distance to many places . Had everything you need for your stay . Would stay again . Only downside was the area . Kind of run down area. Places closed or abandoned nearby, but felt safe enough . Thank you !!
