Stayed Mar 30, 2024This is right next to the park which was so nice for the kids! The rental property manager was so quick to help us with anything we needed and the kitchen was well stocked! Comfy beds and great patio!

Stayed Sep 14, 2022Great location in relation to Coligny beach/shopping. A little issues with cleanliness. A little is to be expected with the beach and multiple people in and out but was a little rough with having smaller children. We were let into the condo 2 hours early which was super helpful and very nice of the host. Shower curtain was covered in gunk that was sticking to itself and carpet stains were pretty bad, socks pitch black by the end of the stay (which I get can be hard to avoid with renting the place out). Most of the amenities for the beach that were included were broken already before use such as the umbrella, and two beach chairs. Maybe I made the mistake of reading the reviews prior as one said the placed was stocked and others said there were things included that weren't included. Small things like one roll of paper towels would have been super helpful upon arrival or hand soap in the bathrooms. Lots of great kitchen tools/ dishware included. Overall the stay was good just could use some small touches in my opinion.

Stayed Sep 2, 2022A great location for either walking or driving to the beach. A generally clean and well-appointed unit but it had a very musty smell when we arrived. The management company deodorized it the next day but but the odor was never fully eliminated.

Stayed May 14, 2021The place would have been absolutely fine if it had been better cleaned. The floors were dirty and the shower is moldy. I liked the condo and it's nicely decorated and updated, but I was disappointed in the cleanliness factor.

Stayed Apr 3, 2021We stayed at this condo for Spring Break 2021. It was a perfect getaway for our family. The condo is located only 10 minutes walk from Coligny Beach, restaurants and shops. We took advantage of this and walked or biked as much as we could. Another perk is the large park and playground just across the street from the condo. The kids had fun playing here almost daily. The condo is just as described; kitchen and living space downstairs with bedrooms and full bath upstairs. It came stocked with the essentials we needed to get our stay started. We really enjoyed the beach cart which could haul 4 chairs, a cooler and beach bag easily. The condo association was a quiet location, which was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Overall, we had a wonderful stay on Hilton Head Island!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great place, very clean. Has all the amenities you would ever need. Chairs, towels, umbrella, well stocked kitchen. Beautiful outdoor patio and grill. Will stay here again. Owner is very responsive and helpful. This place is 5 star all the way!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The property was clean, updated, very comfortable, and quiet. My main objective was to ride my bike often and to relax - and I accomplished both. Kudos to Bob J., the property manager, who solved one small problem and was very helpful with advice.
