Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a unit on the third floor, and while it was just my son and I for a five day stay ... my opinion would have been slightly different if the whole family was with me!! The overseer of the unit, Meagan, was extremely helpful, very nice and very much on top of things! She contacted us the day we were arriving ... since we got in somewhat late, I asked her about some eateries/restaurants in-between the airport and our condo. She immediately texted me back with three recommendations! Again, for a family of small children, I wouldn't recommend, unless Dad is pretty fit and loves climbing three flights with luggage, toys, golf clubs, kids in arms, etc. But it was perfect for my son and I.

Stayed Jun 22, 2023My family of 4 (3 adults and our 5 year old granddaughter) had a wonderful 4 night stay in this condo which was only a few blocks away and within walking distance. Folly Field beach was lovely and there were 2 community pools. The condo itself was clean, had 2 much needed bathrooms, comfortable beds, and enough space for us all to spread out. It is on the 3rd floor and there isn’t an elevator so those who are older or disabled may find that challenging. Beach chairs, a beach cart, beach toys, ect were provided. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Stayed May 11, 2023The condo had everything we needed, was decorated nicely. Beds were comfy. The lovely beach is about 2 blocks away. The complex has a couple pools, PB and Tennis courts. It is quiet. My GF and I had a great girls retreat in Hilton Head!
