Villa Old Olive I is a luxury villa with a large private swimming pool, located in the quiet village of Salvela. You will stay close to Vodnjan, right between Pula and Rovinj. Thanks to its location just one minute from the main road, you can quickly reach the villa, while experiencing plenty of peace and privacy on the property itself.



Around the villa lies a spacious, enclosed garden with olive trees. On the large terrace, there are loungers and a barbecue, allowing you toenjoy the outdoors all day long. The swimming pool also has a shallow area for children, so even the youngest can play safely. In addition, you'll find a trampoline in the garden and a dedicated playroom with billiards, table tennis, and table football in the basement. This way, everyone always has something to do.



The villa consists of three floors and can accommodate up to twelve people. There are six spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. On the first floor are the modern kitchen, the bright living room and dining area. From here you step out onto the large balcony, where a long dining table stands. While dining, you look out over the sea and the Brijuni Islands — a view that makes every evening special.



If you want to go out, you can drive to the beaches of Fažana or Peroj in ten minutes. Pula, Rovinj and Brijuni National Park are also nearby, offering plenty of opportunities for excursions. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Upon arrival, administrative fees and a deposit will be charged; the deposit will be refunded upon departure. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly.
