VIP! HUGE BACKYARD ONE STORY VILLA BIG POOL STYLISH GAME ROOM

We had a fantastic time at Odelya's place!! Clean, quiet, and an amazing backyard!

We stayed at this property with 8 adults and three children ages 9,8 and 7. We arrived to an algae filled pool and the trampoline safety net broken and nearly all backyard equipment broken, and not safe for the children. The floor of the house was so dirty that we wore shoes during our stay. Overall, this place is a dump with many issues that need to be addressed.

The home was exactly as described. Wonderful for families as the home has tons of entertainment for all ages.

House and host were nice. It doesn’t seem professionally cleaned though.

They call it a Villa, maybe in a third world country. 25-30 min from strip. This 60-70’s home is a dump. Filthy walls, doors, black mold in door trim, bathrooms, floors, the carpet is so gross its brittle, look up and see mold in furnace filters, some of the windows dont open; we were trying to air the house out. Shower in primary doesn’t work, toilet seats worn. And the linens are thin cheap and definitely not 1800 thread count, the polyester comforter in the primary was covered in what looked like body fluid. We had to wash all sheets and comforter ourselves before using. Pillow cases were dirty. They confirmed they only wash the comforters every couple of weeks. Disgusting!!!. Mattresses are something that came in a box on old creaky metal frames, Back yard is dilapidated and old. The trampoline is a complete hazard and falling apart, I would never let my kids on it, same with the swing set. The firepit is not usable. The fake grass is pieced together. The appliances are old. Ice maker clogged up. All the furniture looks like it came from a second hand store at best. The chemical they sprayed prior to our arrival made me think bed bugs are present so I left our suitcases in the vehicle. The neighbourhood is run down, and felt unsafe. Neighbors yard is filled with garbage, rusted cars garbage and junk. I don’t know who writes the reviews but they are absolutely false for over US1000 per night. I expect better. The only plus is they allow pets.

Very beautiful home, worked great for our educational trip. About 18 minute drive to Convention center, Walmart is 2 miles away for food. Thanks for hosting our group of 10 of us! Only 2 showers so took a little longer to get everyone showered in the mornings.

The property was exactly as advertised, was clean, and was in a nice and safe neighborhood. I would recommend this property!

Family trip with siblings 14 of us had a great weekend had fun

The check in was smooth and easy. We were also able to check in a few hours before our check in time which we really appreciated because we had a basketball travel team of 10 girls and landed at 5am so it was so awesome that we could check in earlier so our girls could rest.

We were excited about this stay given the photos and good reviews. The home and backyard are very large, and I suppose fine if you're just visiting to drink and party. We went with our family friends and children ranging from age 2 to 6. Upon arrival I was disappointed by the warped closet doors, old carpet that didn't seem clean, and scuffed walls. The main shared bathroom has a badly chipped sink. Furniture was extremely sparse with cheap metal chairs, no dressers/storage in the bedrooms, and squeaky bed frames. In the backyard, it looks like everything was DIY'd with poorly secured turf and edging that was falling apart. About half of the trampoline clips were broken, risking children falling out as they played. There were also exposed hammer nails in the turf, and we had sore bare feet as a result. Lighting was poor, the bathroom shower/tub faucet was leaky and there was no plastic shower curtain, and all of the pans in the kitchen are badly scratched. The host was responsive and we could have reached out at least about the shower issue but we didn't want to be disturbed during our stay. The host needs to take this off market for a couple of weeks and refurbish it. The host has a poster in one of the bedrooms that reads to something of the effect of, Keep Hustling. They certainly took this motto to heart.

The house was perfect for our last minute trip of 8 adults. The beds were comfortable and rooms were very spacious. The backyard was a great hangout for us to bbq and talk with each other. Although it was a little chilly, we did dip our feet in the pool. This house is perfect if you are tired of the strip and just want to lounge around with friends.

My family and I were in Vegas due to a medical emergency and needed a place last minute for all 8 of ua to stay. The property manager was very flexible with us as we weren't 100% sure about most of the details (total number of people, overall length of stay). They assured us they would work with us as best they could to make sure we were all comfortable and had a roof over our heads during a stressful time. The house was just what we needed and had plenty of entertainment for my 2 teenage kids. We would definitely stay again!

Great yard for the kids! They had a blast plsying outside and also super close to the strip and airport.

The property is on a quiet street and has a lot of parking. Checking in was very easy and everything was nice and clean. My family and I had a great time and will definitely be coming back.

Plenty of things to do for a large group. Lots of games for adults and kiddos and pretty close to the strip

Our host was very helpful in everything. I mentioned there were not enough hangers for the closets and they sent us an Amazon package immediately. Great yard for kids. Nice space for a group.

It's a lovely property with lots of space, fun amenities (the game room was great!), and a big back yard. It was too cold to enjoy the pool, but I imagine it would be great during the warmer times of the year. It was clean and well appointed, and the host was SUPER responsive and helpful.

Great location, close to the airport and the strip. The games, pool, and number of bedrooms make this an easy choice. We reached out to the host a couple times and they were extremely responsive. The only drawback was the quiet hours. Music not allowed outside is a tough ask with a beautiful pool, but you are in a neighborhood. Overall, great stay!

Property Owner was able to accommodate every request asked! I could have not asked for anyone better to handle where we were staying. Plenty of room and activities for all!

My family and I decided to do a trip before all the kids went back to school to spend time with each other.. & this place was amazing. The shower in the hallway does need some fixing & the strong odor of mildew (cleaning supply) was just a small hiccup. I’m thinking maybe the mop needs to be changed. But I will say I gave this a 10/10 because communication was key, the house was stocked with trash bags and paper towels and toilet paper which was a bonus. We normally brought our own stuff because by the time the trip was over we’d be searching for TP. The pool was very much loved by everyone who stayed. I would suggest putting the bunk beds in the room with the patio door for more space.. and you can even add another bunk bed or single bed to it too. Overall it was great. Thank you so much.
